Refund policy

We pride ourselves in bringing our candle community - local and nationwide - products that contain the highest quality in materials and ingredients that are both eco-friendly, safe to burn and sustainable.

With that said, we want your experience to be amazing. If it falls short, let us know and we will make it right. We are a small business, so refunds aren't always possible for simply "not liking a scent". For that reason, we offer a discovery set that allows you to sample a range of sample candles before you can decide on a larger jar. 

In the rare case that a candle is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@genreolfattivo.com for a resolution or replacement.
